Salento is located in the south of Puglia. Puglia is indicated by the red hatching in the reference image. The capital of Puglia region is Bari. The area to reach is Lecce which is located approximately 180 km south of Bari.
To arrive in Puglia by plane you can use two airports:

Once you arrive at the airport you can continue your journey to Lecce by train, by taxi or you can rent a car from a rent car service at the airport.
Lecce is connected with several trains coming mainly from Rome, Turin-Milan-Bologna. The company that manages train travel is Trenitalia. From the Trenitalia website you can organize your journeys.
The destination station must be Lecce.
If you prefer to reach Lecce by car, then coming from Northern Italy by car, you need to take the A-14 motorway, take the Bari Nord exit and continue along the Brindisi – Lecce highway until you reach Lecce, the capital of the Salento peninsula.

The wedding ceremony will be held at 4.30 pm on 8 June 2024 at the Cathedral of Lecce. The Duomo is located in Piazza del Duomo, 73100 Lecce.
The reception will be held at Castello Monaci at 7.30pm on 8 June 2024. Castello Monaci is located in Contrada Masseria Monaci, 73015 Salice Salentino (LE).
A shuttle service from Castello Monaci towards some main points in Salento will be provided the night of the reception (more info and details to follow).
